Spun Yarn Direct Warping System is ideally suited to increase production and provide the world class quality warp that allows maximum efficiency and quality in your sizing or weaving areas. With two basic types of systems available, we can design the system best suited to your plant styling and production needs.
Model 101 Warper
The Model 101 is designed with efficiency and durability in mind. From the welded "Unibody" flame cut steel frame to its outboard mounting of all motors and controls, the Model 101 is specifically designed for spun warping. Features include hydraulic doffing, press roll kick-back, 20hp AC drive, heavy duty spindles, and optional operator touchscreen. Easily processes beams up to 1000mm in diameter and 1370mm up to 2400mm widths.
Mod el 350
If high capacity and productivity are what you require, the Model 350 will surely fit the bill. Derived from our flagship Model 300 design, this 1250mm diameter warper is like no other. Wrapped around our heavy duty cast iron frame are features like fully hydraulic doffing system, hydraulic gibb locks, retractable HD spindles, programmable brake curves, McCoy-Ellisons world renown braking system, and operating speeds up to 1,500 mpm that put the Model 350 in a class by itself. Available in 1370mm and 1800mm widths.
Model 400 TSVR
1 to 4% INCREASE IN WEAVING EFFICIENCY! Thats what many customers have realized with McCoy-Ellisons Thread Sheet Vacuum Reed, another example of innovation and quality conscious development. The unique design keeps all ends separated and vacuums lint into a permanent screen filter. The yarn is oscillated vertically prior to entering the TSVR to eliminate wear and increase the cleaning effect. Recommended for In-Line Creels ONLY.
