Filament Direct Warping System

    Model 300 WarperModel 300 Warper
The Model 300 Warper is unquestionably the strongest, most dependable filament warper available in today’s worldwide market. The precise quality of the Model 300 produces beam after beam at speeds up to 1,500 MPM under extreme load conditions. It can be manufactured to process all standard beam widths with optional conversion kits to allow running of different beam configurations. The maximum beam diameter capability is 1,000mm. There is no challenge too great for the Model 300.

    Model 102 WarperModel 102 Warper
When convertibility to various beam widths is not required, the Model 102 Warper is a logical choice for a strong, dependable warper. The Model 102 is capable of running all standard beam widths with diameters up to 1,000mm at speeds up to 1,200MPM.

    Model 350 WarperModel 350 Warper
The Model 350 Warper is the warper for beam diameters up to 1,250mm. Since it was based on the Model 300 framework, this warper can also process filament beams with lesser diameters. A complete list of options is available to customize the Model 350 to your exact requirements.

    Draw Warping Systems
McCoy-Ellison designs and produces high-speed Draw Warping Systems to meet and exceed the demands in today’s filament markets. Our modular design allows customization of the system by adding or deleting components as required, such as Single or Dual stage draw zones, tension dancer assemblies, or entanglement systems. Draw Warping System

    Model 202 AccumulatorModel 202 Accumulator
There are occasions when a broken end or yarn defect reaches the beam, even if the system has the best broken end and defect detection system available. When this happens, the only way to guarantee absolute beam perfection is with the use of an accumulator to allow reversing of the beam to find and correct the defect. The Model 202 Accumulator is unique in that it operates on the sheet tension principle instead of the speed matching principle. This insures there will be no chance to damage the yarn while in the accumulation cycle.

    Model 430 S-Roll SystemModel 430 S-Roll System
McCoy-Ellison offers several variations of a S-roll to mount between the creel and the warper. A motor-driven S-roll will allow higher warping speeds with an equalization of tension across the yarn sheet. It also controls sheet tension to a set point, whereby all beams are wound with equal tension. A non-driven S-roll can be used with industrial yarns to equalize tension and calm individual end bouncing to increase quality as well as speed. McCoy-Ellison, Inc. has a S-roll system to match your exact requirements.

McCoy-Ellison, Inc. offers the optimum solution for your exact filament warping requirements. We are experienced in the processing variances between textured, flat, and monofilament yarns as well as the performance characteristics of glass fiber, industrial filament, and micro denier yarns. Our approach is to first study your specific process needs, then configure the system to match these requirements. We have at our disposal in our extensive product line the warper and creel type, tension system, and end break detection system to meet even the most demanding specifications.
The basis of a perfectly designed system is the creel type.
