Zoned Power Supply
Centrally located computer controlled D.C. power source. The Zone Power Supply has many features such as:

Divides the creel into zones to minimize back to front of creel tension variation by utilizing independent run voltages for all zones.
Load mode for loading a new beam.
Independent polarity reversals for run and jog.
Start delay, duration and ramp voltages are supplied to tailor the tension devices to the particular characteristics of the warper during acceleration.
Auxiliary power supply is used as an emergency backup to prevent loss of tension during an uncontrolled stop caused by power outages.
Different tension profiles with identification numbers to handle up to 20 different yarn styles.
Touchscreen to view and program a Tension Profile.

Creel Accessories

NEW Optical Stopmotion
All new "Non-Contact" stopmotion system for any type in-line creel structure. Designed to mount in the eyebars of the creel for flexibility and easy installation. Complete with "Smart" controller with Learn mode as well as displaying end count, end out, efficiency, repeat breaks, location of break, yarn run, yarn stop and many more custom features. Can be integrated into existing PLC’s and Touchscreens or operate as a stand-alone system.

Balloon Shield Stopmotion
Optical type motion sensor built into the balloon shield. Provides quick dependable response for "at-the-package" reaction.

Infrared Faller Wire
Infrared light beam provides fastest response time for this type of stopmotion. Mounts at the end of the creel with Light, Medium, and Heavy-duty ceramic fallers.

Incandescent Faller Wire
Incandescent light source provides accurate and stable performance on high noise or coarse yarns. Mounts at the end of the creel with Light, Medium, and Heavy-duty ceramic fallers.

Rotating Cap Stopmotion
Available with Whorl or Magnatense Tensions. Provides "at-the-package" response coupled with the ability to detect proper string-up at each position. Great for Fiberglass and stiff industrial yarns.

Static Elimination Bars
Custom-fit static elimination bars are available for filament and fiberglass creels. Complete with power supplies and designed to fit any style structure, McCoy-Ellison or other. Not available for Model 20.

Creel Fans
Oscillating creel fans are available for all creels. Typically only used in Spun yarn applications and are spaced every 12 feet in the creel.
